Isn't ok your skin ( belly )? Did your ob use anything cover that? Can you say more about your c-section?

Yesterday, I turn on the air-conditioner to my bb for nap time. When bb got up, she had a running nose. After the last night, she cried many times in sleep time and I touch her head. I felt her head heat, and I test her temperature 100.2 I gave her a warm shower in this morning. After then her fever is disappear, but her running nose still on the way. I had no more sleep last night, and tomorrow bb has 1-year-old normal check. It maybe she has injection tomorrow. I hope she is ok and no fever. I am really tired! a little bit worry !

Don't worry la!! If your BB's fever is gone, then BB should be okay. Today your baby is having check-up, then Ped will exam the baby before they give her a shot, so if your BB is getting a shot, Ped should think her is okay. right? I hope everything is alright with your baby. Btw, YOU are the one to get some rest, otherwise you will get sick easily and will not be able to take care your lovely BB. Good Luck!!

Both of them are the same (not good), but my hubby will vote for Bush, 90%, he said usually when US was having war with someone they didn't change the President!! Don't you feel actually they are no choice?? None of them will do a good job! Well... what am I care? I am NOT even allowed to vote! darn it! :-P

Don't worry, just a little running nose and like clarab said, the ped. will check before they give the vaccination and if bb is not feeling well, even though she has no fever but still having the running nose, I'll reschedule for the vaccination part. You have to get more rest too but I know seriously, if the little ones are sick, mommys don't get any rest but the daddys do

Of course attempt the natural birth first la, the recovery is much faster and the risk is much lower than the C-Section. If you are going to breast feed your bb, it will even recover much faster but has to feed your bb directly from you though (not pumping out) and I personally feel if I had the C-Section, it will be more difficult to hold the bb and breast feed it

Thanks for the swiffer info. I am using the pre-moist ones from that brand too, I usually lock the dog with the gate before I mop the floor and let her out after the floor is dried up so, I think is okay ?!
Today, bb is ok for her running nose. When the nurse test her temperature - 95.xx so, she gave bb 2 shots today. BB has 99.9 and I gave her warm shower again before she sleep. Her head has sweat when she sleeps. I think it maybe she always has sweat in her head in sleep period, so that she got running nose yesterday. I don't know, if I touch her head to help her clean the sweat. She is easy wake up, sometimes I don't want make her wake up in the mid-night. Another thing, bb's doctor gave us 3 cans formula FREE. I am very happy because bb just drank the last can. We can save money la. Now, bb is sleeping. In fact, my family is sleeping. I will sleep too. good night everyone.
Just want to ask a question. Does anyone of you have friends went back to US from HK or elsewhere with a green card recently. Did the custom ask any questions....like how long did you leave? My friend is going back to US soon and she's holding a green card. She's been out for more than 6 months and not sure if she should tell the truth.
My bb temperature is 97.1 tonight, but I touch her head. She seems heat. Can you tell me how much temperature is normal?
In these few days, I also sick. ( a little bit cough, nose itch seems flu, but not exactly ) Last night, I slept not good, when I laid in the bed, my throat was dry and cough. I got up many times to drank water last night.
Tonight, I felt so tired, even though I got a nap this afternoon. When I clean up kitchen, my mood was so bad. Just write out my feeling now. Hope " tomorrow will better."
I know the resident ( hold green card )should not leave US more than 6 months. If over 6 months, it maybe the Us immigration take back the green card. But do your friend have special paper " back to US paper " ( Wui May Ching ). If your friend have, it maybe ok. of course, your friend must take a risk.
Thanks your reply. Today bb temperature is back to normal la,but she has a little running nose. As me, I still cough and seems flu. I boiled " cup chai tea " to drink tonight.
I used cold pad placed over the breasts after pumping milk to delay the process of milk production, and then before another pumbing, I placed hot pad or hot tower to speed up the process and ease out the clog (if any), eventually I pump every 4 hrs and later on 5 hrs..... I hope this helps you la!
My BB is about 6 months la, he weights closer to 20lbs. He cannot use the infant car seat pretty soon. Do you guys has any suggestion on which one is good? I'm also looking for a baby backpack carrier, which one is good, any advices?
