Actually I've been following the thread since the very beginning, and I'm also a bakery fan. I bake cakes or cookies almost every few days. My latest products are Fresh Mango Cream Cake and Black Forest Cake. Most importantly, I've learnt much from you all.
By the way, anyone wants to try this? I think I'll if I'm not too tired tonite.
I didn't make the bread by cooker last night. Instead, I 整左馬蹄糕. Easy to make and tastes very good (at least I think so :-P ).

Haha, I'm now 36 weeks already, so I don't have much time left ...... for cooking :-P . Now I have to seize every minute to bake and cook as much as possible. Standing in the kitchen for a long time is not easy for me anymore, as I have already gained +45 pounds (but still less than 56 pounds last time! Hehe ). But it is so much fun when the output is appreciated by everyone.... I just can't resist the temptation to bake every other night! I especially like the chiffon cake. Bread? Still learning.
