咁你會唔會join prof. 個workshop. 我啲朋友唔join 話貴。我一個人又好驚喎~ 我都係好驚有頭倒立 ,因為好易整親,又無人幫 .

係呀~所以依家知道上第一堂要舉手.不過到依家我都唔夠膽join佢啲堂,因為有陰影。

I had experience just because I attended a lot in a month, usually 30+. I attended Prof's class too, but usually I focus on Samrat, Cathy, Kapil, Deva & Jagan's dance classes.

Prof's workshop... I won't join la... cos my timetable not really flexible..

我又想問吓你,我做親一啲彎向後的動作eg. warrior ,half moon 都覺得好難,成個人會震(因為用力). 做拜日式其他step都ok,唯獨是 step 2唔得, 唔知點解呢.我已經用hip的力向前推.但係真係做唔到人地彎得好後咁. 你有無咩心得

meditation 就係最後chanting mantras 果十幾分鐘囉, 好多動作我都自己選擇左做easy option...

不過周圍既人都好 advance, 有一半做到 chaturanga, 平時只有1/3既人做到

these 2 poses are all needed to have a strong legs to support, from the beginning you feel weak that's very normal. I had same feeling too at the very beginning... eg.. side plank, felt very pain with the hand which supported whole body, I asked instructor why? he said because not strong enough.

Later on.. keeping to do, then got better.. so.. to me.. I feel only keep to practice, then get better, very simple.

下星期一先返工, 今個星期上左幾堂non-office hour 既yoga, 都幾開心啦

我而家唔適宜做 forward bend, 有 sun salutation 既堂就上唔到, 只可以上下 therapy / sattva / kryoga, 我係屋企好努力咁做好多 back bend, 希望可以快d強化, 就可以乜野堂都上到 lu...

係呀, 如果跟deva 叫我地做果d 動作, 咁其實就唔多stretching. 係d 人自己做d advance 版, 果d 就夠stretching 囉. 但我點可能做到喎... 個人扭曲晒咁. 我覺得有d boring, 係因為佢幫d 勁人做advance 動作, 咁我地呢d 二打六就自己做囉... 佢幫人做時又唔講野.. 所以就好悶囉.

係呀, 我覺得我眼果個位都幾oily. 我個眼皮, 尤其oily... 反晒光咁架. 所以真係唔多適合搽eye shadow.

另外, pls check pm.

你join 左workshop 呀? 我都想join 呀... 但因為我唔響香港住, 所以有難度囉. 我係好想好想join 架!! :-(
