4. 費用由你(僱主)負責。

其實法例上有關續約既所有費用，都係由僱主負責架。
你以上各項都係有關乎續約既手續，點解你會覺得應該由工人負責以上各項費用/時間，試想你係工人你會覺得應該邊個俾?

Hi, mrsrose,

我之前因要往外國, 與菲傭解約, 現在回港, 想請番佢,
但她身在大陸, 沒有合約在身,我曾往菲律賓領事館交綠色合約,
職員說她要先回菲律賓, 問入境處, 說要先有領事館蓋章的合約,
現有下列問題:

1. 她是否一定要先回菲律賓, 才可以申請?

2. 若果她從大陸以旅遊身份來港, 我可以再聘用她嗎?

3. 有沒有其他途徑?

搵Agent做Direct Hire，快靚正及平(HK$2500-3500)，唔使同領事館講工人在China，出左Visa叫工人直接黎HK即可。

Hi mrsrose,
long time no talk w/u, i am not sure you can remember me or not. Anyway, now my problem is last week, i got the phone call from agent, my maid will arrival hk few days later, I replied her i cannot pick her up immediately, i will have my holiday till mid of this month, actualy i told her b4, then she said ok she will give her some trainning during her arrival till I pick her up. For this case, do i need to pay the trainning, living, food and salary to agent and maid? she didn't mention.

Pls comment with tkx.

I want to fire my bun and have some questions:

- she was hired locally in Hong Kong, do I need to pay her 2-way tickets or 1-way for her to return to phil is enough?

- her city is located in Quezon City which very close to Manila, how much travelling fee I need pay to her, 100 or 200?

Need to seek your advice again.

I will be terminating my maid at the end of this month with immediate effect. I've been told by my agent that I do not have to serve her with a temination letter but just inform the immigration within 7 days of her termination. However, I've heard that I have to serve her a termination letter in which she has to acknowledge and both the maid and myself have to notify the immigration of the termination. So which is correct? If the latter is correct, what should I do if my maid refuses to acknowledge the termination letter or submit her notice to the immigration? Your help is greatly appreciated.

ANS:{By Law salary starting to count from her arrival date, about the training, living & food you need to check with your agent. }
