Sandy so are you full time mom? My helper is also leaving....actually we decided not to renew her contract after 4 years. It's true they are used to the life style and know how to get lazy! Probably we'll hire another one later on....still thinking through what's best.
I'm sure we can spend another 3 days to talk about helpers!!!! Actually my helper has worked for us for 4 years already so it's time for a "Change"! The only thing is she's getting lazier and lazier....we used to have 2 helpers for 3 years and she was like a supervisor. The other helper left this Jan and since then it becomes we replacing the helper who left, not her. Oh....so the contract is due in 2 weeks so we decided not to renew. All kids are at school, 2 of them until 3pm and one up to 5pm. So we can manage that I hope....and because now no.1 will move to an IS in Aug, there is no need to go crazy about the June exams lah!!!
