Nillie & everyone,

I m feeling a bit blue as I look very very fat c9.
I thought that I could lose more weight if I breastfeed.
However, I dont think I lose any weight but get fatter coz I eat a lot everyday (afraid that I dont have enough milk).
My tummy is super big and I cant wear anything but nite gown.
I dont know when I can have a hair cut or facial as I cant take siu b with me.
I dont have energy to do exercise as I feel tired in daytime (broken sleep at nite and holding sophia).
I dont know when Sophia can sleep through the nite (only sleep 3 to 4 hours max).
My breasts are quite sore from time to time (too full)!!!
What can I do to cheer myself up?
I should be very very happy as I have two beautiful kids!!!!

sorry to hear that you have little baby blue, pls cheers up, as you encouraged me b4, right. If you feel happy, baby will feel it too.

I can understand that you are really very tired and exhausted to look after little sophia everyday, so that you have no time to do girlish things plus sleep less, but it is not only happened on you, all of the full time mamas, included me also face the same problem. . My case are more worse than you, Do you remember that i have a eczema kosei, i couldnt sleep at nite for 1.5 years,but i tried to overcome it. NOw, i have to face another problem, I will give birth to my 2nd son next month, but nobody (included my mom in HK and mother-in-law here) told me they will come to my place to help me 'sit moon', i need to do everythings by myself. I dont think my hubby can help me neither, he always works until 9-10pm everyday. Once i think about the future, i also worry a lot, i have to look after kosei, little siu b and myself by myself. I'm not sure that i can afford to do it or not. I hoep that the 28sets herbal will be me power to do it.

If you feel unhappy, come here and chat with us, all of us are willing to make u cheer-up. Add oil
