ANS:{Only need to pay one way for her to return to Manila is enough. $100 for her from your house to HK airport another $50 for her from Manila airport to her house, total give her HK$150 is enough}

I will be terminating my maid at the end of this month with immediate effect. I've been told by my agent that I do not have to serve her with a temination letter but just inform the immigration within 7 days of her termination. However, I've heard that I have to serve her a termination letter in which she has to acknowledge and both the maid and myself have to notify the immigration of the termination. So which is correct? If the latter is correct, what should I do if my maid refuses to acknowledge the termination letter or submit her notice to the immigration? Your help is greatly appreciated.

ANS:{Yes both of you need to inform Immigration about the termination within 7 days BUT you no need to ask the maid to acknowledge the termination letter, you issue your notice to Immigration by yourself only. BTW your maid submit her notice to Immigration or not is not your responsibility, no need to worry}

ANS:{用中文詳細寫晒每項工人做過既惡行俾入境處知就最好，佢地會決定批唔批呢個印再來港，無咩話點寫實Black List倒佢}

Mrs Rose;想請問妳下列的問題:我個賓賓今年2月黎,但4月左右.我發現唔見錢,6月仲發現唔見錢同衫,於她手袋發現到,但由於我4月尾生完bb,需要她幫手,所以無即炒,她做工夫都ｏｋ，但都是不安心，同埋我個agent話可以換比我,已揀左新的，因此我打算下個月先即炒(需然新的未到),但我問agent要點做,她只叫我帶她到agent度？？１）我可以點同個工人講要她立即走,２）是不是所有錢於agent度pay？比agent or 工人，３）我需要比她任何信嗎？請指點下，謝謝．請工人超煩:cry: ！

When I terminate the maid, the maid ask for lots of unresonable money. Later I find that the agent go with the maid to labour department and tell the officer I need to pay lots of money. How can I do?

When I go back to the agency company, I find that the agent in the company was terminated before. She used the chop from the company to make the contract. She is illegal to do that. She signed the manager name which the manager doesn't know. Do I need to tell the police? Give money to them? How to do is the best way? I hate them!Please help!l ...

ANS:{If the case already report to Labour, let the officer judge how much you need to pay to the maid. About the agent you can make a complain thru Labour Department Employment Agencies Section instead of Police. Or you can pm your contact number to me I will call you for details}

ANS:{1. 直接同工人講要炒佢立即跟你去Agent到settle或叫Agent係電話同工人講咁唔駛你開口。2.隨你，去Agent度直接俾工人或唔去Agent直接係屋企俾工人亦可。3. 只需工人走後7日內出信通知入境處取消工人working visa，至於俾唔俾信就隨你。}

ANS:{如果工人以前從未來港工作係唔可以唔經ａｇｅｎｔ做，而且搵Agent攪Direct Hire快靚正平，約收HK$2500-3500，好過自己攪因為都幾煩架}

我以前工人介紹左個妹妹比我, 我經agent direct hire 左佢來港, 我有以下問題:

1) Agent 收我$2000. 收賓賓peso20,000 (約$3,400), 合理嗎?
但個賓來港後7日後可以放假了, 放完假回來,比左份香港菲律賓報紙我睇,有段agent 賣既廣告,內容係: 僱主比晒所有agent費用(包括visa費$160, medical fee, 菲律賓領士館費用)約$3,200, 但工人係免費的,唔駛比,佢問我佢係咪其實都唔駛比o咼, 好似我地呃佢咁.

2) 佢又跟住取出合約,問合約上的第8項, 說僱主要比她在菲律賓自己已付的費用, e.g. medical fee, visa fee, 政府行政費.

由於我係第一次direct hire, 所以唔知佢講既係真唔係, 佢係咪好識條例, 我應怎應付佢? 如果o個d 費用真係我比既話,我都冇問題的,我最怕係佢地太識計算,比佢地搵笨.

Hi mrsrose,

有要事想請教, 煩覆：

(1) 工人(印印) passport 快到期, 佢地的證件相是否要藍色底及穿白色有領衫？

(2) 工人就快約滿, 而我亦會同佢續約, 但工人話佢唔想返印尼, 我想問下我有咩要做? (a) 我可以與工人傾第二個 contract一次過放佢28日年假, 可以嗎? (b) 今年比錢佢清了14日的大假? 她說兩樣也冇問題。

(3) 如佢不回鄉, 但是, 工人是否一定要出境？要出境幾多日?

請指教。

我家姐個工人就快滿約, 我想請佢個工人, 我要做咩手續? 同埋一般要比多少錢? 因為佢11月滿約, 我是否要接住咁請佢? 因為佢話明年2月要請2星期假回鄉, 咁當大假比佢, 定當無薪假比佢, 張TICKET係咪佢自己比錢? 工人一年有多少大假? 大假同勞工假是否分開放? 例假又是否同大假不同? 請幫忙!! 謝謝!!
