椰汁千層糕~
材料:
木薯粉 300g
粘米粉 40g
椰漿 400g (1大罐)
砂糖 250g
暖水 200g
班蘭葉香精 半茶匙
做法:
1. 暖水溶解砂糖.(備用)
2. 木薯粉. 粘米粉混合,加入椰漿.砂糖液拌勻.
3. 糊漿分為兩份,其中一份加入班蘭葉香精.
4. 先倒一層糊漿入蒸模內蒸3-4分鐘(熟透).其後兩種糊漿
重複交替用完為止.
5. 製成品放涼後切開享用.
*班蘭葉香精可在印尼/泰式商店購買.
*增強椰汁香味可加入適量椰子香油.
*建議第一層先用班蘭葉糊漿,做起顏色層次較漂亮.
*製成品有九層為最正宗.
