i have a big problem these days........
that is..... i have some trouble to poo poo(go toilet)...i mean... i have feeling of go toilet, but i just don't want to push it out~ i afraid i will push the bbs out also~~~ i know it's a silly question~ but it's really bordering me these days~ i feel my tummy is stuck with poo poo~~[ho sun fuuuu]~

你試下食纖維粉，我以前有咗又去唔到，婦產醫生開埋纖維粉我食，食了去得好同poo poo會軟些唔使谷。巿面買的都可以，我食到BB出世。

Dear all jm

I just failed my first IVF and QMH nurse ask me calk back them on next M come... And will arrange me to check blood and see see when can 放雪胎！
Any jm have 放雪胎experience? After check blood... What kind of procedure I need to do? Need injection some medication or not?
The nurse refused to tell me the procedure... But I want to know more.... And see see what can I prepare before 放雪胎！
