唔好意思~有少少野想請教下
我上星期(15/4) 用paypal o係gmarket 買左野
但到今日都仲係"on request"
而16/4 我收到gmarket一個email :
「Dear Customer,
First of all, thank you for your purchase of “order no. xxxxxxxxxx" through G-market.
As for your on-line purchase, we'd like to inform you that delivery is not available at the moment as we cannot confirm if it is your payment. We don't have any way to confirm it here as long as it's a global payment, unfortunately.
On this reason, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of your ID card or copy of your passport. ([email protected])
Attached photo should not be modified by any other image editing program. If it is found to be modified, your order can not be processed.
And after checking necessary date for increasing payment ceiling on Gmarket, your email will be deleted right away.
We hope that we can handle this matter ASAP so that you can receive your order soonest .
please be reminded again that we cannot proceed with this order without the confirmation mentioned above.

一個已經到香港, 一個剛剛比埋shipping fee個尾數, 會唔會係多得滯pack唔到
呢不過真係唔知好彩定唔好彩, 一個買時係20.5kg but actual 係 10.94kg, 一個買時係12.8kg but actual係9.31, 加埋係20.25kg, 竟然唔夠20.5kg
好甘呀
我仲有咩方法可以做？
