我來左ireland 6年lu..但英文仲係好差

我嫁咗嚟英國啱啱7年啦，暫時湊三個都未好辛苦，因為而家有99 喺樹幫手~~~我基本嘅英文都可以應付到嘅~~~

Dear everyone,

Thanks for your encouragement.
I m feeling a lot better today after seeing the lactation consultant yesterday.
Siu b has reflux coz of my breast milk flow too fast.
She spills milk very often and cant sleep well.
I now need to hold her longer after feed and feed her more often.
I feel very tired but I will hang on there.
She also has got thrush in her mouth so we will start treatment today.
Thanks again for your care!!!!

My friend told me that she used the normal electric pump before but it didn't work well. She finally can breastfeed her baby for 9 weeks. So she suggested me rent a "

rofessional" pump.

I want to breastfeed but it all depends if I can do it...

Sophia 係咪成日有reflux? 佢哋想我pump奶出嚟至餵 Gabby仔, 但好辛苦呀! 我頂唔順谷奶, 我又忍唔到 Gabby仔latch唔到bottle個nipple, 成晚咁喊.. 我就嚟痴線喇.. 挨咗2晚.. 我埋身餵番.. "同feel到我啲奶小咗好多呀 :-( :-( :-( .. 點解要我齋pump喎.. :-( :-( 而家得不償失呀!!"
肥bear返番工喇, Amanda都要跟我瞓, 1個人manage 2隻超級小妖.. 真係好累.. Amanda又唔肯跟婆婆, 我喺屋企, 佢又唔肯跟工人瞓, finally, 我要一個睇2個... 唉!

Dear Nille,
Yes, I have exactly the same problem as you.
My milk flow is too fast so Sophia 成日食食吓要推開我, 因為吞唔切.
She then cries and wants some more but she has too much wind in her tummy.
She spills milk almost every feed and doesnt sleep very well.
My lactation consultant suggests me to feed her only one side each feed for 2X10 mins.
I need to hold her upright for 20 mins in between.
If she falls asleep after one side, I need to let her sleep.
I had a terrible first nite when I did it.
My both breasts 谷奶 & leak like crazy (clothes & bed were wet).
I need to feed then hold X2 and then pump the other side (2 hours in total).
Sophia then wanted another feed after I finished.
I end up had no sleep and very very tired.
My hubby thought the plan wasnt too practical so I still feed her both sides but hold her upright for longer.
I m trying to cut down the herbal tea & other stuff so I wont have too much milk.
Add oil together!!!
Hoyin is doing OK as he is at daycare all the time & my hubby looks after him most of the time.
