oic..
but for senior housing here, they usually have no nurse.. only social worker or case worker..
I don't know the small nursing home, as here the nursing home I saw.. and those I worked with.. are just like Hotel.. nurse and patient ratio is 1:10.. not very busy..
我都係初來報到,我係幾間私家醫院做咗好多年,之前做Medical; 生咗兩個小朋友之後就無做frontline;
而家喺education dept做, most of the time 返9-5p,
好同意其他媽咪,有咗kids & family返regular hours真係好D,又可以陪到佢哋玩&做功課。
好高興認識你哋!!^0^

Haven't seen any post here lately, how are you guys????
I switch back to hospital 4 days a week la..
horrible working time...
I hate 9-5 working hours as I stuck in the traffic on the way back home.
Very tired, very high pressure.
So many patients discharge everyday... Glad that I only do the discharge for Chinese patients in Hospital and make sure they will have a nurse visit them when they get home on the second day.
I feel like I am a social worker, more than I am a nurse now.
