Thank you very much for your advice, but I don't think we can wait for that long to process another help overseas. The other very important reason is that we want to talk to that person first to at least get some idea about her personality. (of course it is always not so true......)

Yes, Tess also said so...that's why she decided to take care Felix by herself. Not rely on any helper. It's so tough - maybe easier when BB grows up.
