Are your embryos day2 or day3? Do you know the cell stage other than the grade? Any special reason for only transferring 1 embryo last time?
Suppose grade 1 is the best grade for day2 or day3 embryos, and if any of my embryo is a grade 4, I usually won't transfer or freeze but continue culture to day5 or day6. I am not sure if QM will allow you to start another cycle when you still have an embryo in storage.
If a grade4 survives thawing and deemed viable for transfer, stay hopeful.

You have got ~2 weeks worth of progesterone already. The time lag between Apr 1 to Apr 5 is to allow time to see if your period will return. When at least one of your embryo has implanted, you don't even need more progesterone. When none implanted, there is no point to waste time in doing anything useless.
In your case with 18 eggs retrieved, I won't recommend 安胎針 because it will increase your risk for OHSS.
When you finish all your 隂道藥 on 1/4 and your period won't return by 2/4, try to call your clinic on 2/4 or 3/4. I am sure they will reassure you with what your next step should be.

I know QM may take a more conservative approach and may not recommend you to take DHEA. 但依然可以問問你的主診醫生，如他同意，他會見議份量。
我個人認為，未必all jm's benefit from it, if there is any benefit at all. 但對你來說，不妨一試。基本上卵子質素很難improve,數量可能催谷多兩三粒就未可知。

I've eggs retrieval on Friday all went smooth with GA I couldnt feel anything. I got 10 eggs retrieval and Lab just called me 8 eggs got fertilized but don't know the grade till tomorrow. I'm not sure if this is good or bad news, please further advice.

Dear kakakaju,
For 1st time ivf, I normally recommend ET of up to 2 embryos, unless you are already >40 yrs old. See what embryo quality you will have tomorrow & take your doctor's recommendation.
