You might need to find out what are the allergens for your daugther's sinus problem. Most of the time, sinus problems like asthma are triggered by dust mites. A few things you can do:
1. Soak all beddings with boiled water.
2. Change to anti-mite beddings.
3. Change to non-fabric curtains.
4. Vaccum more thoroughly and daily.
5. Use a vaccum that can remove dust mites.
6. Get your daughter to exercise more. I guess this is the ultimate cure. Others are only supplementary.
I never think of wood curtains, bamboo blinds. I'll try to change the one in my girl's bedroom.
We have not hang on any curtains in the living & dining room annd have also changed the Headthguard pillow case, mattress cover when my girl has the sinus problem last year.
Me too. No curtain for the whole house and everything is anti-mite. We have 2 air purifiers too. Not sure what works but our son has no asthma flareup for over 7 months now.
Yes, we have got 1 air purifiers and 1 放濕機 also. My girl has no asthma but with 鼻敏感 and 氣管敏感. She was diagnosed since she was 4 years old. Actually, her 鼻敏感 was inherited from her father. We only take western medicine when the weather changes, i.e. 1 ventomol pill. Other than that, I keep on letting her take the crocodile meat soup, sea horse soup, etc. We are now trying on different kinds of food and see which will lead her 敏感, so far cream and seaweed is on the list.
