yes, you can get it from the shop at 深水埗 and most of the 藥材Po will also have the dry 鱷魚肉. or you can get the frozen one at supermarket (such as jusco...)

Yes, there is test for colour-blindness for 2 year old kids. However, you will need to go to an optometrist which has the specialist equipment to do this. FYI, he thinks PolyVision is quite good for children to go to.
For most Asian children, the nose is flat, making it look like a squint. This is absolutely normal. However, high long-sightedness could stimulate internal squint and lazy eye. I suggest going for a check.
