actually, i don't have any expection for Myoga tonite. but everyone should have chance. chances for myoga & my colleagues. let them ( they are new yogi) know what's good, what's bad. Maybe they will go back to Bikram at least. who knows. but at least need to let them try try outside mah. rememeber what i told u abt prefect hubby & playful b/f by my colleague's theory?

agreed!
when i practise hot yoga 4 times a week.
i found that my skin over all body became prefect. & caught cold once only (in the past, i usually caught cold once a mth)
it's the bonus for doing hot yoga.

我覺得 deva 同班女同學都係可憐的, deva 在印度長大, 在印度學瑜伽就好似係香港學游泳一樣咁普及，佢天生沒有“修心”既優厚條件，但有“修身”既訓練，佢眼見其他老師深受歡迎，自己咪“進取”多點，但方向行錯左，佢"以為"只要令學生有被“照顧�愛護”的感覺，就會被學生歡迎，同時間，學生有被“照顧�愛護”的感受，當然會沉迷

尋日係 pluie 走後, 我行落去取卡時, 經過佢地, deva望我的眼光, 完全話比我知佢個腦諗緊乜野, 以前既我一定睇唔到呢d野, 係做多左 meditatin 後, d senses opened up, 睇到世界"真正"發生緊乜野事

做瑜伽點解一定要有人陪呢? 上堂夠集中時, 附近發生緊乜野事都影響唔到你架, 有時自己一個人仲好呀, 就算我同老公一齊上, 我都叫佢企我後邊, 等我睇佢唔到, 容易d集中精神去做好"自己"的動作

his mind is same as normal people, not real yogi, 越做到彎曲動作就越叻.,.....

real yogi understand yoga is concerning body mind and soul balance instead of postures only

You're right... other yogis like Kapil & Samrat, never ask me to do like deva's..

right, 我一個人做瑜伽2.5年, 6個月前老公見我介到煙, 自己又好想試, 3個月前開始玩, 目的都唔係話陪我 or 我陪佢, 心靈平靜和身體健康係自己的

alone but not lonely, 越上得多 meditation 越感受得多

yeah!!! 自己想幾時去就幾時去, 想玩多一堂就多一堂, 唔駛concern其人, 不知幾free.... 不過我想試jandt recommend o既 kryoga body balance, 呢堂要搵partner一齊上呢~ 有冇planet fans有興趣同我一齊上下星期master o既body balance呀?
