i used to "luk" very harsh b4 i put the ingredients inside (pineapple mode) ...
but as i saw my mum's bread yesterday ... she said she just roll very gentle and just make the dough a bit bigger and put the ingredients inside ... i found her bread seems more soft then mine ...
so, i wonder if no good to roll that harsh ... i'll roll the dough big and "squeeze" all the air out ...
