Trevor ALWAYS has running nose or blocked nose, every night, he cannot breath very well when he sleeps. Irene is opposite (touch wood) she is much healthier~I don't know why

I think becos they always stay indoor?! And they like to turn on to a vvvv hot heater!!!! And they won't walk in the cold, they just pop in the car no matter they go, then park the car just outside the building that they are going into?! That's why they can still wear short sleeves!

If he has blocked nose, do u use nasal spray (salt water) to clear it?

Kiyomi had sinusitus years ago. It was due to blocked nose, so for block nose if not clear it, it will make it becomes sinusitus.

I don't know if you remember Kiyomi was once admitted to hospital for 11 days. It was because she had sinusitus, sinusitus is an infection in the nose (the bacteria was blocked in the nose due to long term blocked nose). If a person has sinusitus, u need antibiotics to clear it. So in order to prevent it, don't have long term blocked nose.... If you have blocked nose, it is better to clear it.

you can buy the nasal spray (salt water) from Boots. I use the one calls 'Sterimar sea water nasal spray'. It is not medicine, just sea salt water which use to clear stuffy nose, so no harm even use it very often!
