我未上過eshwar 果堂yogasun & pranayama. 所以都唔知邊堂好. 你不如試左yogasun 果個先啦, 因為patanjali 好多時都有得上, yogasun 就未必.

usually Sat morning.. I'll attend Sanjeev's Pat. He is a funny guy when dancing. But in Pat, he is very serious.. when I attend his Pat, I can do the half moon very well (exactly the same to the following)... so can you imagine.. what he did for me?

有冇sell 屎打比你說你轉plan 呀? 呢次個plan 有少少吸引我, 因為只係比而加比多七十幾蚊, 比兩年錢, 咁就三年內任玩. 佢又係話個plan 得今日同聽日有得join 架咋.
