Down side with OEM, if you change your mother for whatever reasons, your OEM lincense will be expired. Even you give a call to Microsoft and ask for installation key, they'll refuse to give it to you on such circumstances. Still, if you upgrade other hardware, say, display card, CPU, harddisk, that's OK.
Still why don't you give a try on RTM version? Which is still available and is free, although it will be expired in Feb 2010. yet, people have developed patch which could ... er ... fix this, you know.
