唉!我都好想好似你地咁可以成日都去到玩,不過我要返工又返學...我移家JOIN一間類似私人公司攪嘅COURSE一個星期一堂...我同我老公講話想join其他,類似myoga d course,佢話"你邊有咁多時間呀,逐級上啦,呢d 又貴",真係激氣

我移家上緊好似工聯會咁嘅COURSE,但唔係工聯會攪,喺d私人機構辦,一個course 8堂咁(都係3百幾)...我之前有諗過join pure yoga,因為我跟我亞姨去試玩,覺得ok,不過我老公話貴,所以冇join

agree..... material 好10%左右, 車工好10% 左右, bonluxe 一件過攪掂, 佢要兩件, 方便度又10%, 50% good will (廣告/舖租), 加加埋埋就貴8倍-10倍...

就算幾靚既bra, 6個月都要換, 橡皮圈會開始鬆架啦, 繼續著會無咁有效架

呢個價係8堂,FIX 時間架,如果想上多日咪又JOIN另外8堂/9堂,總之就兩個月開一始班,佢地通常係市政D室內場上

all,

Planet carries out thousand plan & they push ppl to join in.
however, they can't provide enough lesson & room for increasing members.
now, it's not easy to make reservation in bikram after 6pm too. y-day, booked 6:30pm on Wed, fulled. today, booked 6:30pm on Thur, fulled!
never happen before 2 mths!
i think lots of members joined both centres plan now.

i really wanna complain abt it. u carry out cheaper & cheaper plans to attract the number of member but u still have only one centre & one hot yoga centre. still have not got a date for opening the new centre, only talk talk talk!!! it's really unfair. & it's very annoying for booking reservation. Every morning wake up at 8 for that task? make my mood nervous & unpleasant? is it a part of benefit i got from yoga?'

i am gonna crazy & i wanna QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hate doing sthg that's troublsome & influence my emotion!!!!!!!

之前我都唔知係乜, 佢叫放鬆就仲緊張....now 100%放鬆la, 係過程當中梗有dd痛,但ok接受到,

just 開始食咋!! 食B 雜, 本書 said VIT B+C+ 鈣+鋅 better for our always 運動, easy release 背部疲勞
