my colleagues go once a week but i go 4 times a week.

i am not afraid of doing yoga alone. i am not that dependent but i just want to bounch them together.
if i leave them, this yoga circle will break. they will not practice yoga anymore. i want to do something for them.

of course i know i will not be lonely when i join planet bcoz i got u all mah!!!! and, u know, jandt, one of my colleague is planet member mah. :-P

i can see you have the heart to help others, that's great, that's 本性, BUT you NEED to help yourself first, you can encourage all of them to join planet with you and your colleages, the yoga circle won't break, right ? Call them to come here, all angles here will "push" them to practise everyday

我從來都唔會lunch time 去做瑜伽的, 趕頭趕命, 又唔可以上堂前做 meditation, 心唔定好難高度集中精神的, 成堂上左仲衰過無上

做瑜伽同訓覺一樣, 唔係話多就好, 重視"質數"

唔係話見就見到master 架, 我試下問sales啦, master confirm左就應該係了

can't push them, they will reject ar. i
need to pamper them to go step by step. let them have interest & then addict to it....it's my plan lor

唔玩都會過去hea下,同班instructors吹下水咁!
我玩yoga都唔鐘意趕頭趕命,但係如果lunch可以上breathing或者meditation.....正呀!!
