here's what I thought... I know you are all excited about the Chanel collections.. but my opinion is .. the Summer and Spring ... we've seen most of them la.. as to the 2.55.... you may still find Dark silver or silver in US. But I would wait a month or 2...

Actually, I was really MAD.... MAD at Christine Dior...
In fact, I will take the case to Consumer Council tomorrow ar....
Here's the story if you're interested.
My Dh bought a pair of Sport Shoe at Diro Homme right before Chinese New year ( Feb 17).. becuase our family don't let us buy shoes during the first 2 months of Chinese NEw year.. so he thought I would buy new shoes in advance for Spring time ma.
Anyway, Last Sunday.. he wore his shoes the 1st time... and after 2 hours, he told me the shoes somehow scratched his " pinky" toe... then 2 more hours later, he asked me for a bandaide... I looked at his feet and found that it was " bleeding' .... the skin has peeled.. so I checked the shoe... and I found that there's a piece of leather sticking out so it kept on scratching his pinky...
Anyway, we then immediately went to Peking Rd. Diro Homme... and sales said hello and as soon as I told me what happened.. he said another person to handle...
to cut the story short.. I asked for an exchanged, they said cannot, I asked for a refund... they said no...of course they denied there's defect in the shoe... but promise me to have the " see fu" look at the shoe ( which I don't know why? why need to look)
Anyway, yesterday.. some Manager from the store called me... and said.. he could have a See ful fixing it...and the see fu said becuase some people has fat feet and some has skinny feet... so I asked him... does the see fu said fat ones will scratch or skinny ones will scratch... he couldn't answer me... plus, I don't like a pair of " fixed shoe"because, what if it still scratches after fixed......
him: you claimed the shoe is uncomfortable
me: not uncomfortable, it's scratching the hell out of my DH.
him: but we sold 3 pairs and had no complain
me: do you know what " DEFECT" mean??? if you have many complaines.... it's called " designed problems" and you'll probably need to " closed door " la.
me: can u exchange a pair for me
him: no.. we annot exchange becuase it has been worn
me: of course, if it hasn't been worn.. how would I know the shoe is defect,
me: can u refund me. or give me store credit
Him: no. but I can fix for you
me: what if you can't fix it.. or it still scratches afterward?

me: can I have the number of ur head office... I'd like to talk to them
him: NO ... we don't have HEAD office!!!!!!

Anyway, I called 3 Diro in HK today and talk to their Managers.... and they all gave me the HK Regional Sales Manager's number...

I have left her a message and if I don't hear from her by tomorrow... I'm going to CC.. or Next Magazine or ... Tung Magazine....
Any stores, like Chanel, LC ,.... they'll exchange without a question... WHY Dior... I'm never buying from Dior again...luckily, I'm not a Dior fan!!!!!!

I can totally understand your situation and of course 100% support on what you have done and what you are going to do. Well, if I were you, I would do the same.
But, usually in such situation, they will exchange another pair for you, especially in such a "high fashion" company, unless such item is no longer available in that size. So, let's see how they react first.
