Life has change a lot after having BB. I'm the only mom in my peer group. Therefore can't often go out for drink at night now. I only go out for dinner w my friends during weekend, cause i think i need to maintain certain level of social life. As a full time mom, sometimes i think we need our own time to relax without BB here!

I try to make flashcard for my BB, but it need many 心機 and time. I print on the A4 size paper but according to the book, it will be too small. I have only made 25 card so far, actually it need a lot of ink to print card. Some mom, like maisylong will buy big card (22"x6") and write the word on it. But i think that it's quite difficult to write the letter w similar size on a big card. Considering so many things, the flash card actually is not so expensive. Therefore i'm planning to buy the ready made flash card, but not decided yet.

Any technique on writing English word on a big card? I show 5 A4 Chinese cards to my BB yesterday, she smile at me and seem to like the card, therefore i think i will continue playing w her. I'm still 15 16 on whether buying blank big card, or print on A4 card, or just buying a ready made flash card!! What's your comment?
Like you, I am also using A4 paper to make flash cards for BB at the moment and he also seems very excited and happy when I show him. The only thing I don't like is that the paper is not thick enough and therefore makes it very hard to flash the cards in a few seconds. The deadline for orders by other bk mums for the blank cards is this week. I was considering whether to join the order but I think I might give it a miss this time.
Are you going to get the ready made flash cards from that website I posted up before? I heard from other bk mums that you can ring and ask for a discount. I am also considering about buying those cards. If you are going to buy, then let me know. Maybe we can put in an order together and see if we can get any discount?
I also want to buy an insurance policy for my bb. I prefer the saving policy i/o medical. I received a few proposals from some companies in the BB Fair last few month. It costs about US$200 per month. Why the premium of your policy is so low??? Could you advise the insurance company name to me for reference??? Thank you.

I am also 15, 16 whether to buy the ready-made flash card. It is expensive. But I don't have printer at home and I wonder if it is cheaper if made the flash card by ourselves as it need a lot of ink. Can we write the word on a A4 paper and put the card at a book-folder (like the 相'寶') then we can flash the card easier.
In addition, I am also considering whether to start with the phonic first. The phonic kid by GC have very good comments from BK moms here. Attached with the link and you can see the demo.

I receive one proposal yesterday, that need to pay around HK10,000 per year and can get around HK$280,000 when baby reach 18 year old. Is this a good deal? OF course, if you don't take the money, it will accumlate to a bigger sum of money.
Yes, should buy 暖爐 now before it gets really cold. I remember last year a lot of the 暖爐 were out of stock at the shop when the temperature went really low.

聖保羅堂幼稚園位於中環記者會附近聖公會幼稚園隔離，聖保羅堂是同St Paul學校有聯系的，畢業生比較易入St Paul Co-ed and St Paul Boy。若入不到都可以轉入聖公會的小學呀！！
但它沒有２歲入讀的幼兒園服務。我妹妹的女兒現正讀St Paul Church，學費和雜費都唔貴，那些老師又細心學校環境都幾好，使她好喜歡返學，從沒吜計唔肯返學。
