我第一次同工人續約, 本來佢 19 號先第二個 contract, 昨晚佢叫我星期日俾機票錢佢先, 咁我都 ok 既.... 但點樣俾佢, 咁封信點寫好?

同佢地第一個 contract 有幾多日大假, 點計法? 佢份舊 contract 人工係 $3270-,

佢唔返印尼, 但要出境, 係唔係去澳門就得, 咁去澳門錢係我比定係佢俾?

I brough a domestic helper insurance which only cover $150 medical fee. Now, my maid has a claim for $180. Should I or the maid pay for the difference. We seldom made the claim, so, I am not sure. Thanks for yr help in advance.

Today, immigration informed me the working visa has been approved.

The agent told me the DH will arrive HK within 2 weeks

I asked why can't the DH arrive in HK this week? She said upto the Phillipines agent.

Do u know why?

What should I pay attention to when the DH is in HK?

Correct. However, due to the regulations, if your maid want to use her Philippines agent, then you have to use that Philippines Agent's Hong Kong partner to process the Hong Kong papers. Likewise, if you want to use your own Hong Kong agent, the maid will then have to report to your Hong Kong agent's partner in Philippines to process their local papers. Since you have already choosen your maid, this is call direct-hire. The Hong Kong agent average charges HKD3000 to HKD5000 depending on the packages.

About the ticket, BY LAW, whatever your maid will stay in HK or not, you still need to pay for her return ticket.

IF your agent reply is really saying "upto the Phillipines agent.", then I would say your agent are not professional enough. Normally when the visa is released, the schedule for arrival will only be affected either by flight season, medical reasons or weather reasons. You should constantly call your agent to get a confirm arrival date.

Upon arrival of your maid, you may want to consider a local medical checkup (if its not in your package). The rest is to hope for the best and be an understanding employer.

It is the full responsibility of the employer to cover the medical expenses even if the insurance cannot fully cover the claim.

PM你email address俾我，我會email兩款警告信sample俾你，你睇下邊款岩你用。唔好信、無法例話比左警告信冇改善，就可以炒佢時不用補一個月人工架，除非你俾既係一個月通知+警告信啦。

大假頭2年每年7日，合共14日大假錢: $3270/30x14

唔返印尼一年內要出境, 去澳門就得。但法例無講去澳門既錢係邊個俾喎! 咁即係自己同工人傾掂佢。

我俾左機票既 quotation 佢, 佢見 $1890 話咁平, 我話我係呢個價錢, 唔通我買貴票咩..........

去 macua 既船錢, 同左佢講叫佢自己攪惦, 因為我俾左機票錢佢, 所以佢自己攪惦

問了入境處,他們說冇問題,可以一樣帶contract過關就會給予餘下一年visa,謝謝

2)入境時要帶contract正本過關。
3)我唔清楚要不要申請visa，你可打電話去泰國領事館問。
如果之前續了約而未出境，passport最少要有有效期至完約日，如果唔夠期入境時只會俾簽証 ...

印印在10月19日完約, 有些問題一問。
- 工人現在問我取回passport是否一定要給她，因第一次說要搵工, 我就叫她回以前的agent搵, 但過了幾天又話回印尼照顧家人不搵新工，一時一樣都唔知邊句真，因時間仲有2個多月，我怕她臨尾那去借錢。
- 她說機票要自己買，如我不理她可否堅持出張回程機票給她?
- VISA10月19日完約即是當天離開?

1. 你知唔知Keep工人passport係犯法架? 快D俾返工人啦。

2. 不用理她，你當然可以堅持出機票給她。

3. 只要雙方同意，VISA到期前28日內任何一日離開都可以。如你唔想佢反抗，就一個月通知佢幾時會提早完約。

I signed up contract on 11 July, till today 8 Aug no imm call me......
之前炒左工人,入境處仲追第二期稅,我就mail左問個明白及求佢地快d批新工人來,我e-mail都send左我的需要,希望佢快d出vca no,但到而家都未有vca no.,點解有人可以咁快有no,係唔係要問下agent係唔係遲左入資料(之前話23/7攞過去)??-(

Yes, you need to check with your agent WHEN they submitted the application, normally take 10-14 days to have the vca no. If not, ask your agent to check with Immigration about your vca no.
