Are you having epidural?
I had epidural when I was 4-5cm diluted (contrations were 4-5 mins apart) I was incridible! No pain at all^.^ and I laughed, made jokes, did sudoku and slept quite a while when I was giving birth. Some ppl said if you have epidural, it's harder to push. But I just pused 3 times, in 6 mins, Francesca poped out.
Although I sicked twice after I breastfed her...I still think I had quite a pleasent experience.

English always joke about have curry or spicy food can make your contration come quicker...it's true...I had a curry the day b4 I had the 1st contration!
