for those mama whose babies' skin is cracked and dry, recently my mother apply her cream to hazel. It works well. The name is cracked skin cream (爆拆膏). My father said it is available in some Chinese department store medicine section, eg. 華潤堂. it is a very small can with the red label. I only apply to the affected area only and it works on her face.
