Some people are very "king"... when I attended the Kryoga Sun Series, I saw most of them can do very difficult posures... really "soft bones"............

ya.. if you can keep 4-5 classes yoga a week, you can do the difficult poses too!!

actually both yoga/dance I love so much!! yoga gives me flexiblity & strength, dance gives me fun.

上了一個月 K2 . . . . feeling so hard!! esp. for writing!!
你地係咪日日都有功課了?

K1 is so happy!! no homework!!

Now. . ..day day with 1-2 pages, weekend 3 pages

re : yoga
stop for nearly 1.5 months. . . . as 要跟下亞仔上下 N1 . . . .then lazy!!

now, keep 2 classes per week ar!!
but just Hatha , sun series or Hot!!
(morning class are these 3 only!!)

no as funny as you all saying . . . .yoga dance!!

家齊學校k1已經有功課, 仲有每個星期都要做閱讀報告。家下k2, 每日都兩樣功課, 星期尾又多d.....仲話下學期有個聽寫訓練.....即係 = 默書............

兔,
我星期二去左玩泰拳, 家下腰酸背痛呢:lol:
之後教練同我拉根.......攪到我好似就斷咁, 大聲叫痛.....勁樣衰

所以我真係一d都唔適合玩yoga呢.........:mrgreen:
