Little cy,

I fully agree as what Yosashto said. 5 year ago, It was
heavy snow in Sapporo, my wife and I took 2 big luggage walk from JR station to Keio plaza, it almost take me
20 minutes because of the slippy icey ground and very
water. Then, for the check out date, we have take a
taxi from Hotel to JR station.

But for this year Feb, we have 2 families with 2 kids
walking from JR station to Keio plaza. The weather is
quite OK and don't have lot of snow, hence, the walking condition is good and it just take me apporx 10 minutes.

The best choice hotel of course is JR tower, however, it's also the most expensive. There is another alternative:
Century Royal hotel, just 5 minutes for JR station.
However this hotel is always full. For my next Feb ski trip, I have book Keio plaza too because Century Royal is fully book already even I make the reservation on Early Nov. :-( .

I have been to this hotel several time and it's quite ok,
the only thing is if you make the booking, you have inform your agent what type of bed that you are looking for. For us, we alway ask for for King size bed, then, we can sleep together. Hope it can help.

Yes, Century Royal is the same direction to Keio but it's
more close to JR station. I remember it is 行出路面架
The position is: JR station -Century Royal - Keio plaza

你看看此網頁,就知它的所在位置.
我去過hokkaido2次,因為此hotel位於北口,在sapporo來說,算係好靜和冷清,因為北口係北海道大學的所在位置,晚上當然水靜河飛.
好近火車站,如果你唔會出夜街,都可以住下,價錢平過jr tower好多.
其實sapporo有好多酒店,我個人會選一些商務式,因為多數係2個人去,但如果一家大細去,住大d的酒店比較舒服.
sapporo都唔係好大, 我上年去係雪祭, 我住近大通公園, 行一漸就到狸小路和jr站, 大通公園我就提議不如住grand hotel,因為去邊都方便d,而且夜晚因為在西口,所以會鬧熱,你想幾時去看雪祭都得.
再有不明就問啦!

依加我用asia miles redeem ticket, 不過回程sapporo番narita冇位, 我就打電話去jal book左一程domestic, $10000yen+$500tax, price ok la; in case 自己真係咁好采係asia miles 搵到位, 咁可以refund, 不過得一半 (好過冇), 因為sapporo 番narita每日得一班, 個姐姐都話chance吾係咁高, 要我得閒就打電話去check. 不過anyway, 依加差酒店未confirm 到, 我首選jr tower, 吾知full吾full..... if full book 既, 都吾知book邊間喇

I am surprised that the hotel is still so full even if you are going after the CNY holidays. Why don't you have several travel agencies help you book, and see who can get a room first? I used JTB Hong Kong last year and they were very helpful. You can take a look at their website at http://www.jtb.com.hk. However, I don't see the JR Tower on their list, so they might not be selling it this year. No harm trying though.

Oh I See. In this case you cannot use another agent. What other hotel choices do they have? Maybe there is one near another JR station that is convenient.

Thank you. My stay will be at snow festival that's why Evergloss Travel said it will over $2000 per night. Finally I will stay at Washington Hotel.

我先頭都想book hotel crest，但怕夜晚番hotel好遠又靜，如果JR station close晒，由南口地下街返去，係咪一定要行地面返hotel？你係咪住過哩間hotel，d房間OK嗎？間hotel係幾星？座building比較似邊d size/類型 hotel？
