我同你講左個日我在池袋theatre個web site見到有twin room, 永安同你book唔到, 你可以refund自己book.
池袋theatre係好近車站, 而池袋個車站唔大, 所以ok, 但酒店係好ma ma, 不過方便.
我上個月去係住SHINJUKU WASHINGTON main tower, 我岩岩同你睇過 hotel web site (japanese), twin room jpy$11500-12500, 係promotion 6月30日前, 另可加jpy999 吃buffet breakfast or japanese dinner.
我都講過縱x遊有自己hold 房, 即時答你有冇房, 唔駛等幾日後話冇房, 你打電話試下問就知,

我當時book SHINJUKU WASHINGTON, 因為有limousine bus, &'話'行7mins 到新宿車站, CHEATING.

新宿個車站好大, 起馬比中環大3倍, 由shinjuku washington 行7MINS 到其中一個入口, 係新宿都營線, 要到JR線入口起馬行20MINS就差唔多. 行到JR的機場線就唔知行幾耐, 所以如果你要住SHINJUKU WASHINGTON, 坐limousine bus就好D.

去完disneyland & thomasland , 仲要亞仔同你行番hotel真係好辛苦.

如果你唔改得, 我建議你加錢換'新館', 睇下會唔會好d, 因為我住本館, 我覺得好dirty, 間房又局, d window又唔開得. 我晚晚都sleep唔好, 如果唔係酒店房唔好, 又行得遠, 我可能會stay多2晚.

仲有, 最好要buffet breakfast.

下北澤mainly for selling of 二手products, & most of them are very "in" clothing, if have 小朋友同行, seems no need to go ahhhh.

築地: 我有次一早起身(6am)去, 7am去到, 魚市場already closed, 冇野食! After that, 我冇再去過喇!

我都估d agent 一定話你知冇平hotel, 要你改貴hotel 呀. 頭先差不多放工先打來問轉唔轉hotel. 我又心急同老公傾完就決定try SHINJUKU WASHINGTON 囉.
乜間hotel 咁鬼差呀? 日日坐車咪好唔方便,
死啦. tue 就知有冇房, 若有的話唔知又改唔改得呢???? tue 問下先得.

我唔上網book 係因為我用visa card book 房呀, 若在日本用visa card 找數, 個rate 咪會高囉, 又收srv chg.
同埋好多日文英文, 唔係睇得太明..heheee.

a u mean that Shinjuku washington is far away from the JR station, if we go to Disney, then , is it mean that you will recommend us to take the limo, is the limo belong to the hotel ?? what place the limo can go ? sorry for so many question, tks !

hotel is really a headache :-P very difficult to choose.......... wanna VERY CLOSE to JR station, and wanna a nice one, i don't want to try the really small one this time, i don't know, that's why i choosed Keio Plaza. (maybe i didn't go to travel for a long time, that's why I want to have something nicer) :-P , but Keio is very troublesome, as they have three prices (according to different day in the week). the bad thing is 2-4/5 is holiday, (the agent told me today that seems 29/4 is holiday as well! so , i need to pay more..............

Keio Plaza also need to walk sometime ahhhh, but the room is big enough for j, f & u laaaa.

The room size of Sunroute is small (similar to Shinjuku Prince), but near JR station. Do you know Century Hyatt in Shinjuku? It has shuttle bus to Shinjuku JR Station.

yes, i head that u need to walk for awhile from Keio to the station. the girl asked me if i've a 2nd choice if Keio is no room, she suggested Sunroute as she know i got a bb and it's close to station. but after i look at the hotel website, i don't like it. so i put Southern Tower for the 2nd choice. heee
Century Hyatt sound good then, but the price is more expensive , i guess heeeeee
when u go last time? heeee

shinjuku washington has no internet socket inside room, 連 220v socket 都冇, 等我d video & camera 冇得CHARGE, 要鏗電用.
新宿個站好大, 到入口唔等於到JR 站, 總之行到腳軟.
就算在新宿站坐JR車到東京站轉車去DISNEY, 在東京站轉車都唔止行10MINS, 出武濱站後行到DISNEY 門口又唔止10MINS, 回程又係行想起都覺得慘.
總之坐BUS最好, DOOR TO DOOR.

Southern Tower, seem to have direct bus from airport to there. i've asked 歐陸 today, $1450 (incld breakfast) . for Keio Plaza, from$1100 - 1290 (not incld breakfast) depend which day of the week u live .... yup, maybe i got j , i don't want a very small room.

after comparing the prices (hotel) with different agents this few days, i found that 歐陸 is the lowest and their service is not bad. nice to try
