How did you fried the sea bass? I bought it also ( the 1st time purchase from this shop) and fried it twice. My maid pan fried it last time and was broken to pieces. This evening I fried it, but turned out, the piece of fish curled in (as the fish skin shinked the moment it was heated up). Normally I bought sea bass from Citysuper, the cut is totally different and I am able to pan fried it nicely (actually very good and served with pasta) with crispy skin.
My little one used to love sea bass but this time, she just refused eating it. I guess the taste was not the same as the one I bought at Citysuper.
