我有兩條問題。有屋企人數年前移民了加拿大，依家可以入紙申請入籍。
入籍申請表有樣叫intent to reside。 現在什麼都不需要，只要tick就OK。但萬一移民局叫你解釋，應該要預備什麼證據？ 同點解2015年後申請入籍多了這一個要求？

Your information is very useful!! I am a professional in HK and in recent years i am seriously considering sending my kids to study overseas because of the weird local educational system. Australia, UK and Canada all are in my research list.
I am quite sure I can get eligible scores for the application. I am also very keen in writing and i can make a perfect business proposal. However, my question is, do I need to execute what I have written in the business proposal in order to obtain the permanent residency, and to get back the investment deposit? If i didn't start the said business, what will be the consequences?
