Ain't sure if it could read from CD directly. Got to check. If worst come to worst, all you have to do is to use Nero Burn or other burning s/w to create an iso image file. Then run this iso from emulator directly.

Once you've completed all missions in Mafia II, your avatar can't no longer living in the city or continue to hit other ppl in the city. And that's why ppl don't like this game (and most of them compare it with GTA, which allows your avatar to continue living in the city). If you really think this is an important issue, you've got to wait for the full crack.
