1. Hagrid (haven't done that before but can try )

(B) 後期的撕stamps和分/post stamps之工作

(C) Photos checking/editing (some mums don't know how to make the photos into 35mmx25mm and sent me the photos in other size. As I may not have time to double check each of the photos and edit them, would like to ask whether there is any 義工 Mums who could kindly help on this!?!?!!?)

(i) 平郵信件 - please add HK$ 8 to your money transfer. If there is money left, I will give you back the change by cheque or stamps

(ii) registered mail - please add HK$ 20 to your money transfer. If there is money left, I will give you back the change by cheque or stamps

(iii) pick up at Ma On Shan or Sheung Wan - for those of you pick this option, I will send the address to you later

......Group-3: Aug babies only
......Group-4: July/Aug and Other 2004 babies

- Will ask the first 64 mums to pay and submit photos. If any mum fails to do it before deadline (Jul 20 11:59:59pm), the slot will be given to the wait list mums

- Waiting list mums, please pm mobile number and BB's birthday to me

- I will call those mums who provided mobile number to me to confirm details and next steps. Sorry to keep you waiting, I will continue calling you mums tomorrow, I have only managed to call half of the mums today... if you see this message and I have not called you yet and you know my mobile, please call me ASAP this will help to acelerate the speed.... thanks.

I think it's a good idea not to put names into the individual stamps but may I ask if it's the shortage of time that we decide to just put the names in the central areas? I think it may not be easy to relate the name to the right baby and the overall effect won't be as festive if we just put all names there. I think I can find a canned image like the one 0410 MaMa club is using quickly. What do you think?

Sorry to confuse you... what I meant is that I will put the 16 baby photos with the names/dates into the central area, plus the banner saying something like "04 Jul BB Happy Birthday" or "04 Aug BB Happy Birthday".

Here is an ugly version of the idea, I will work with the helper for the design once we get all the photos:

Hi nn,

為避免各位媽咪擔心制作相片Size 有出入問題,今早已
咨詢過郵政組職員,相片尺吋雖然是實際大小比例的
(35mm高 x 25mm闊), 但可以大多少少是沒有問題的,
會有專員跟進,因為要預留相片印在附票上,印了出來之相片
會縮小小,只是不能小於(35mm高 x 25mm闊),否則會有
白邊出現
