You see, they got free research from us as candidates. I did a 20-page powerpoint & submitted to them. I was hired but the salary package was really low, and they were only selling me "passion", "rebuild the brand & sense of satisfaction". Well, I am not young and more practical now, "money" is very important to me.
My ideal job is foreign brand & 5-day work. What's yours?

Mine is small-mid-size, foreign base, 5-day work, standard package with medical (jus for myself $110 only for out-patient->low), 13-month guranteed paid, mostly 14-month, that's all. No politics, of course always need to wait for 大老闆's final approval, but if it's rush and important, I can go ahead (and, very important he's willing to pay the invoice)

我在這裏是超悶的marketing工,一點authority都沒有, 現在做完份proposal & working schedule,又在等大老闆的feedback,通常就算之前幾well plan,就是因為老闆們的議而不決, 最好我做execution時就趕餐死.
今天又是在等上頭instruction,等到5:30我就會走人,準時收工.
