Hi, morning... yes, rabbit is back! don't know why... I found my a/c has been changed by someone call Sharon Cheung.... also changed the job to Merchan....Anyway, now changed back la!
that's good he is ok on everythings. you have your spare time for yourself lu.... now I'm starting to step into yoga deeply, will join the meditation la..

yes. heavy sch. bag. i also let her hv a small box of biscuit - eating @ sch. bus. . . . .& the sch. bag is so small. . . . very 'big' now!! . . . . if raining, if let her take rain shoes, how to carry the blk / sport shoes lei??!!
yesterday sch. bus back, also only Venus, late for 10 mins (from 3:45 --> 4:55pm) . . . . 1st day must be a bit later ga lar!! i guess later will have better arrangement.
I asked : do you love to take sch. bus? or Taxi or Van?
Venus : Sch. bus, with kids together mah!! :mrgreen:
today need to work. . . I will go to sch. @1:xxpm during lunch. . . . . see / check how they go into the classroom from the sch. bus!! (oh. . . forgot to bring my dc tim!! . . . .use mobile lar!! )

finally i joined living yoga w/ colleague last nite.
4 lessons per month - HK$349, 1 yr plan.
last nite did hot yoga. . . . as met my period (1st day). . . .feel a bit sun-fu. . . .so quit after doing 45 mins. (the course is 1 hr)
quite flexible. . . .if that month, I want to attend 1 more class, just tell the sales, he can arrange to me (free).
kid yoga, $1000 for 12 lessons, starting from age 4, but i asked if my gal age 3.5 lei? he said OK wor!!
I will let my hubby & Venus hv a trail lesson.
any 1 / any kids want to try.

good to hearing that you joined yoga finally. Actually 4 lessons per month is not enough for you to relax your body & mind. But from the begining, that's ok.
So if you want to explore, eg.. peaceful, relaxation, flexible... then you've to add some classes la.
For kids yoga, yes, let venus to try, good for them. Everytime after the class, heib told me that she felt hungry (haha....). now she can do well downward facing dog pose..

i reg. 4 lessons/month. . .check my HANG SUM 1st. . . . if really love to play, the sales said I can upgrade my plan to $399 unlimited class (2 yr plan).
in recent months, i feel so tired of my back & waist. . . so hope yoga can help!!
kids yoga, I will let her try, 4pm class ; then I can join 4.15pm class lor!! (Sat or Sun)
