You can send me by post. Don't waste the money. The post service also next day delivery. And I am not in office tomorrow, and will have a short trip to China on Monday. Then Tue is holiday.
I will get your letter and hand to Post office on next Wed.

I collected and bring all the letters to the Post office this morning, but they need us to sign on the other page which ensure we all read the details and rules.

I need to send your again the individual letter for signature again. I am so sorry!

I will send out the letter today with your name and a return envolope with the post office's address. When you received the letter, please
-sign besides your name and
-stick a stamp and mail back to the post office using my envolope
