工人放假問題

我的賓賓是本地續約，她在港已工作了十年，所以經驗不錯，她已33歲！她04年幫我做第一個Contract,明年六月底正式完約,但今年的農曆年向我們要求四月放一個月假，因為她要與相識十年多的男友結婚，她告訴我她男友一正在中東打工，做了十年正式退休番Philippine要聚她，聽落合情合理，我丈夫應承，但我要求她打針，她不肯(喊住話驚，及不大願意交待M的日期),我唯有搏一搏，給她一套機票，她真的依時回來，可是人已全非....之後有麻煩待續先!~

因我丈夫要做功課,稍後再交待。

做生意係咁架啦﹐唔洗唔好意思﹐假設﹕話唔定你同佢買左package之後佢有份好工轉左工﹐我諗佢都唔會覺得唔好意思﹐最緊要合自己需求﹐又唔係害人﹐其實無咩問題。(我個人意見)
