After I have talked to many of my friends and neigbours, I found that I am so lucky in terms of child birth as well as my recovering. Now I can wear all my previous clothes just within 2 weeks! My son is also doing well in terms of drinking well and already gain weight.

I am not sure why you so keen on P3. As I mentioned before, P3 is not reversible and that is very important, especially for new born. You can monitor the child while you are pushing as you dont need to worry about the sunshine.

I believe you mainly using the stroller within the shopper centre and that's why Peg is good stroller as it has very good design on the wheel. I just took Nick to the park yesterday and I dont feel any difficulty to push him around. Plus it comes with leg cover and large hood, it just perfect in this weather!

That's what the salesgirl told me because some of the people find that the wheels of P3 is too small and lack of voids which is not too good for snowing winter.

Yes, you are very lucky!! Some of my friends didn't lose any weight after they gave birth.

I have no doubt that Peg is very good. In a sunny nice day, I don't think there is any problem to use any stroller...even a $30 toy stroller.

Then why you so keen on Peg Venezia? It doesn't matter it's reversible or not, as I mentioned before P3 is my only choice from Peg because it is light weighted. When we put the car seat on, the new born is always facing us, isn't it?? I don't worry about the shinny sun because the canopy(ies) can be adjusted.

Different strollers have their own selling points. I just want to pick some choices to fit my needs, then I can choose the one I really want without go through all the models and series again and again...

到妳個B識行﹐妳主要的工作係追佢﹐好快妳會放棄架靚嬰兒車﹐寧願用架十幾廿元的車仔方便妳去追BB。

As Lily said, after the baby outgrow the carseat, you can get an umbrella stroller which is lighter for the baby.

If you can breastfeed your baby, then you dont need to do anything to keep fit. I never heard anyone who do breastfeed without losing weight.

I was using stroller for over 3yrs and my 2nd stroller is similar to P3. It is an umbrella type which is a famous brand from Europe. It is light, easy to fold but not reversible. As you never really use stroller before, you think the reversible feature is not important, it is fine. Or if you only travel within shopping centre, it is fine as you wont face any sunshine or windy weather. I was using my stroller on snow weather as well as raining season, I regret that I didnt pick the one with reverse feather as we suffer alot and that's why I strong recommend you to have that feather.

If you look at the weight for P3 and Venezia, it is almost the same. Regarding the wheel, you really need to push the stroller and you will find out why Peg charge more while others charge less. Peg's stroller are equipped with 360 degree swivel wheels and all individual brake. I have a $20 stroller as well, you will know when you push it especially if you are going to non-smooth road!

Regarding putting the baby into car seat, I dont really like it unless I have to drive, otherwise, I will put my baby into the stroller directly and that's why I like Venezia as it is completely flat and I can monitor my child. How do you like to fold inside the car seat for long?

Anyway, it is your choice and I just share my opinion as I have use stroller in daily basis in order to bring up my daughter.

Baby seat is a must for me because nothing is nearby in walking distance from my house. I think I will need the stroller for at least 2 years. When my baby knows how to walk, she/he may not like to sit inside the stroller. Let's worry about this later!

Anyway, my principle doesn't change..."no need to spend too much for short period of use". I have checked those car seat carrier too, but I would rather buy a stroller instead. Thanks PoohPoohMaMa!!

I will check again the P3, and try to find a fitted "other brand" car seat for it. And this weekend, I will go with my friend to Once Upon A Child...go browse around!!

I have gone to Once Upon a Child before, but find the discount they offer isn't that much. However, hope you can find a good deal. Actually, check out those garage sale now. I got a Graco stroller for $30 last time.

Remember, don't buy a second hand carseat because you'll never know if it involves an accident before.

No luck at Once Upon a Child...as you said, their discount offers are not attractive at all. The used stuffs are very old, and the new stuffs are even more expensive than the other big stores. My friend was interested with the 2nd handed diaper bin...but the price is not cheap at all...still need around $25...a new one probably around $30. Do you have a diaper bin? Do you think it is worth to buy?

How about monitor? Which brand/model you are using now? I think an audio monitor is good enough for me. The FisherPrice monitors look okay wor.

I went to the Taste of Asia night market on Saturday. Lots of people, but it's fun.

I have a diaper bin which is given by my friend. I find it's nice to have but not must have. Because I still can smell the odur when I walk near the bin.

My monitor is given by my friend too. I have an audio monitor. I think that's good enough.

My cousin went to Taste of Asia; she said it was so crowded that she didn't get any food. She has 2 children with her.

That's nice that your friend can pass you some baby stuffs. Most of my friends are either having a baby now or having no baby. Their baby stuffs are still in use.

If your friend had 2 children with her last week, I have no doubt that she couldn't get anything...because it's very crowded!! And the line up in front of any food stores were super long!! I just lined up for roasted corn and yam which took me about 10 mins...not too bad. Before the show started I left already...it was kind of out of control after 7pm.

This Saturday, there will be another night market opening...at Splendid China Tower. Will see if I will go or not...since I will go to Sammi's concert tomorrow night...I don't want to get tired.

Hi,

How was everyone's Canada day weekend? I went to picnic, BBQ, firework. I was very tired...

I am very happy because I tried a new Aloe cream for my kids and their eczema are much better now. Finally I can see they have good skin!

My Canada Day weekend was busy too!! We went to a friend's house for BBQ, and we stayed outdoor for quite a while enjoying the sunny day and the firework by Town of Markham.

Can you tell me which Aloe cream it is? My neightbor's baby has eczema problem too. And the mother has serious "housewife hands" problem. Thanks!!
