That is wired... why the peds need to prescribe antibiotics? Did he tell you how many days you need to use it?
Plus.. even the eye drop and ear drop are antibiotics ??
next time.. try if you can ask the peds.. if Alvin, Austin have allergy rhinitis/ hay fever/ bronchitis/ asthma???
if they have those.. when they go out to cold air, they will cough too

99 bought "惡"魚肉for me to make soup.. it doesn't taste like the fresh meat.. which I used to drink in Australia.. and I don't see any improvement on my breathing.. *sigh*.. will the "dry meat" work no good????
When I was in Australia, my aunt made that soup for me every winter and spring.. and works excellent.. no cough, no sputum, no sneezing either.. but.. it doesn't work when I drink the dry meat soup here in new york.. did 99 buy the fake one??

pedi prescribed anti-biotics so i guess they have infection in throat, ears and eyes....so if cold is virus, why he prescribed anti-biotics?? they dont have high fever, so i guess it's not flu ...

if i remember correctly, it's called stretch panty ... just wear it like regular panties ... it's knitted like net and is highly elastic, so will be more comfortable to wear after delivery, especially vaginal delivery ... Beth Israel provides them gar and i got two extra packs with a total of ten panties ... hehe

regarding the essay for applying that private school, they expect you to write abt the kid's strength and weaknesses, how u think s/he can handle the challenging academic program, etc. they didn't ask u what kind of cars u own, etc. but of course, u'll apply only if u think u can afford the tuition and willing to pay that much.
it seems to me that not all the parents are rich/upper-class at that school, but most of them might be just middle-class but they think it's worth it to pay that much for the tuition for the good quality.

i think there's no way to get the fresh crocodile meat in US, right? it's even hard to get the "real" dried crocodile meat in here.

is it ok that u ask yr parents to mail some to u from HK? maybe they could claim it as "snack" or something and don't put the return address?
my 99 always bought it from 安記 and they taste much better than the one that i bought in here. she also bought some from 樓上燕窩 last time but i haven't tried that yet. she said 樓上燕窩 was picked for the sampling of real dried crocodile meat test and it was passed. it's even cheaper than 安記 but she think the ones at 安記 should be in better quality.

yup all antibiotics. u r rite, i should have asked him for more details, he just said infection.
andrew is on Albuterol since he was young cuz he coughs non-stop when it's cold, my c6 said might be we took him to the park too often when he was young and let him run in cold weather ?? so he is so sensitive to cold air??
if you and SY mom both agree that crocodile meat really works maybe i shouldnt be so against it...:( too bad we cant buy fresh ones here. i guess for dry ones they could mix it with anything so the real croc meat is too little to be effective la. but does the fresh one stinks as bad as the dry ones??

u could try applying to the private ones and if he get accepted, u could then decide if you r willing to pay that much naw. again. if he is really gifted you could probably find public school that cater to gifted kids and save alot naw.

I didn't track on the previous msg so not sure the conversation was...but you may get those thermal underwear from many sport stores (like REI, L.L. Bean etc e.g. http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?storeId=1&catalogId=1&langId=-1&categoryId=43218&sc1=Search&feat=sr). Those could be more breathable than cotton. (i.e. sweat will go out instead of getting absorbed by cotton) I wear those as inner layer when I go to ski.
