It has been four months after the operation and already tried last month but failed. After the operation, my temp is low compared with before. Before I pregnant, the lowest temp was 36 ...

popeye,

i also had miscarriage on 22/6 and think i need to share my feelings on BK 'cos none of my close friends had miscarriage before. All of them have healthy bb very soon after they try. sometimes i think why i'm so unlucky though miscarriages are very common.

however, being upset is useless. when i feel upset, say, seeing a pregnant woman, knowing that friends are pregnant, i try to focus on other things asap, such as new flat, travelling, work....then i feel better.

i cried for several hours on the 1st day i knew the baby had no heart beat. later on, i feel better. i just want to recover soon and plan i should try again.

now, i cook food for myself (those are good for miscarriage), see a chinese doctor and plan to visit another western doctor (iui doctor) to seek for 2nd opinion.

being well prepared is very important so i don't have time to be sad anymore. i'll be 33 in Oct and want to try at the end of 2007 again.

all BK sisters can understand your feelings 'cos we have the same experience. it's important for us to share but don't waste time to cry 'cos it's useless and harmful to our mind and health.

we can bingo but we have miscarriage. that means we can walk but we just fall down. get up and try again then we have healthy bb later.

sisters, don't give up. if 1/5 of women have miscarriage so i'll try 5 times. i just want to have 1 bb so i think i can do it at last.

if we don't give up, we still have chances.

我好appreciate你的諗法, 我亦認同只管唔開心對自己身體也沒有幫助, 倒不如積極些, 做些對自己身體、身心有用既野, 好似你咁, 整d對自己身體有益既食物比自己~~

我o個陣時都係咁, 坐月後, 積極咁睇中醫, 我覺得中醫既調理很緊要, 但係要勤力, 唔係食一次兩次就ok, 一定要食耐少少, 一定有幫助, 當然要搵個好既中醫師~

我21週小產, 4個月後再次懷孕, 而家19週2, 大家努力! 唔好放棄!!

Thanks for all your support and cheers. I will try my best to recover asap. I will go to swim and have step class once per week. I will have my health well prepared for the coming baby!:-P

睇左你地呢個topic先至知道原來06年都有好多人小產, 我自己都係....係06年的6月第一次小產, 當時都有12週...跟住中西醫都有睇, 佢地都話唔駛等3個月, 可以隨時開工造人, 結果一個月之後又再有返bb, 果陣真係好開心, 好似失而復得...不過個天真係玩我, 到左8週, 無端端又流血, 跟住就保唔住阿bb, 個陣真係好失落, 好自閉, 成日:-( :-( ....不過後來諗通左, 如果要阿b免強生落黎又好大問題的話, 不如比佢自己揀離開.....而家我都睇緊中e, 同埋開始試, 我相信bb一定會健健康康返黎我身邊架, 各位姊妹都好堅強...希望大家快d bingo.....:D

Today I have seen another doctor for 2nd opinion and the result is the same...but this time, the doctor is more patience and answered a lot of my questions. I feel much better. I have booked to do the operation tomorrow morning (v. early) I think I will recover soon and start trying again when it's okay! :) At the same time, need to adjust my life again (better health, more mature etc...) to prepare for having a BB soon!

宜家你做得好正確,因為自己身體末ready好,是小產其中1個原因,我都是小產後3個月才再試,都keep住睇中醫,希望好快大家有好消息, 平安陀住小b.

起初三個月重日日飲, 十二週之後就隔日飲, 而家19週5, 有時三四日飲一次。

,飲到7months唔飲,仲係飲加好貴冬蟲草一齊,個時都3xxx兩,現在8xxx兩,個時我老公話買冬蟲草d$可以去歐洲幾次 ,不過我地覺得值得,睇寶貝女成長真係好happy,不過現在我地想生多個細佬,但我又好驚:( :( ,anyway妳加油呀!我會支持妳嫁!

謝謝! 恭喜你有個囡3歲, 如果真係想生多個, 就要準備下, 希望你成功!
我無加冬蟲草, 如果我既中醫提議我, 我都會加, 都係為自己~~
用幾多錢真係唔計得咁多, 總之最緊要自己及bb身體, 大家努力吧!!
時間都幾快, 我聽日就20週, 今日去左醫院覆診, 遲多三星期去多次, 個consultant話幫我照多次子宮頸超聲波, 始終我係高危一族, 小心d好~~

噢~我正看港大蘇晶醫師, 似乎她的藥和我不夾, 頭兩星期吃的藥無副作用, 而且幫到身體排水, 好像很不錯。藥物我查過主要是通經, 去瘀及補腎。

但第三星期改了藥, 大都是強壯用的藥, 可能我本身每天跑步, 身體本不弱, 喝了兩劑, 連續兩天不能合眼, 累得人都有幻覺了, 心臟跳動很強力, 所以完全睡不到....但一停藥, 該晚立刻睡了十多小時....
我從來極少失眠的, 約五六年才一次半次, 而且自每天運動後都沒有失眠過...加上我在放大假, 絕對是藥物影響。

我致電回港大, 蘇醫師卻說是我精神緊張, 堅持不關藥物事, 不肯換藥, 大學接電話的小姐叫我試多兩劑, 但我真的不願試, 眼光光到天光真的不好受...由於已停藥數天, 我很擔心影響調理進度....唉...請問各位姐妹意見, 我是應該繼續堅持下去, 再找蘇醫師解釋(她說要等我下次覆診約見時才可傾談..那我是要停藥半個月...?), 或是當作她和我不夾, 轉其他中醫試試看...?
浪費了五劑藥...3百五十大元... 唉...

只希望他不會要我吃冬蟲草, 因我一直很怕冬蟲草..總覺得在吃蟲...至少那個是真正的蟲殼...雖然內裏是真菌。XD
