I haven't gone to the Canton Road shop (just went to the peninsula one ja). I also think that this bag is quite chic and suitable for evening use. A pretty tiny one with 2 compartments inside. $14,xxx. 7 leather....

I feel better as I have bought myself a MD's present, shortly before the actual M's D.

It is the last one in the shop....the display !! I rarely buy a display but this time when I hold it, I feel so good. Also, with you all's advice of not to wait when you found sth good.....as it will soon go out of stock !!

So, it's nice that you can have your clutch replaced. But I really suggested you not to use that tight clutch again, it's too dangerous, I'm afraid it will broken again.

actually, I took the photo of the handbag just before the SA packed it for me.....but I didn't have time to do so for the ear ring & ring. I have put all the stuff in my car now and so can't take any action. May do so tonight, if I have time. BTW, I have my camera fixed and so could use it to take better photos. The new Dopod PDA phone I have claimed to have 2M pixels....but the photos, in particular the "kum fa" don't seem to have 2M......the pic taken by my Sony Ericsson are even better (the broken ear ring).

I actually called them this morning using the number 320320 and arayako gave me and reached a " Office Admin" person who handles complains....
the outcome....

me: blah blah blah.,.... ( I told her my story)
Her: Hm...... actually what we need to do now is t call the see fu first and try to fin dout what happened to the shoe.
then, I will have to WRITE a REPORT to FRANCE ( !!!!!!!) and asked them for reply... also to check whether the shoes has defect or not.................................
me: why such a small problem and small amount.. you guys cannot take care here in HK ar... must send report to FRANCE??? it's crazy!!!!

Her: yeah...

me: so how long it'll take ar!

her: about a MONTH La

Me:

.. cannot, you must give me an answer within 10 days... it's crazy!!!! I can't believe this is how you do things... are you " playing" me????

Her: Hmmm... yeah... we have to check whether other Dior store recieve this kinda complain around the world ar.. blah blah blah.....

Have you taken a photo of the cut that was caused by the shoe ?? I think it worth to file a case against this company. Maybe you could send them a letter telling that you would anyway recover the $ from them via the legal route & see how they would respond.

So nice to know that you feel much better now. Ventilation really works, ventilate all your "dissatisfaction" to us in case if neccessary.

I hope they can give a "better solution" to your hubby's shoes in ten days. But, I praise your "speak out" a lot! I just tried to learn how to "speak out" any dissatisfaction in recent few years. Previously, I kept everything to myself. But now I know, quiet doesn't help in many situation. Of course, it's useful at some occasion.

So, still want to spend BIG $$$. I always don't object this, but if you spend it in such an irrational way, you might not get good things wor. Calm down, take a deep breath first. There're a lot of way to show them you don't support them any more ga.

Hope you can find your way out la...ha...ha... I'm sure you can, you're so clever.
