agree, too many classes in one day is not good for them & for us either.

took lucas to the botanical garden this pm. he enjoyed it very much. quite interesting. they have monkeys, tigers & many animals there. we also went to the children's park. we went on the baby swing & a baby rocker. will go there again, cos it's quite quiet there & fresh air....

how r u going to spend the weekend?

good question, bakusensei. can't think of one. you can park at the cathedral (dai tong/ caritas) & walk, but it's quite awkward. we took a taxi today, still getting on & off is still quite hard.

i think it's not a tiger, or a leopard (really can't tell...)

ve been to elements today. the mall has an indoor decoration w/ water falling down. babies and kids r all interested in it.

the outdoor playground is too advanced for infants. not much can play.

i like the baby caring room. both dad and mum can enter and change the diaper together. the mat is v. soft too.

i think that it's a bit troublesome to bring the congee but my baby has not taken cereal for long since he took congee.

totally agree!!! feel so exhausted.

have discussed w/ husband for more than an hr last night re. the playgroup and N1 issues. still can't find a comprised solution.

mums and dads r really busy in these days.

just want to ask around, my body feels weaker after giving birth. before i never get sick/flu, maybe only once or twice a year. since giving birth last year, got sick every 2 mths!!!!

maybe i need to eat some bird nest????!!!

btw, do u ve any plan on the N1/K1? I m still thinking the "learning Chinese" issue of int'l stream. also, i m afraid that baby may not be able to get along w/ other kids of the church if he goes to int'l stream while others r in local stream. but it seems that local stream is too stressful to both parents n kids.

any views? ve u planned for local stream or int'l one?

will go for local stream. i believe chinese is a much harder language to grasp. plus i don't want to speak english to my baby....

Hi all,

I haven't seen this thread long. I have spent 2-3 months to do data serach and I understand the kindergartens around my place more. I think I won't go to int'l stream. Firstly, I don't have overseas passport and it is a financial burden due to the expensive school fee. Secondly, the chinese is also important. I don't want my son who doesn't want to speak in chinese.

maybe we have to take care of bb, that's why we feel more tired than b4. u know taking care of bb requires a lot of energy. besides, the air is getting more n more polluted.

maybe u didn't eat enough "po bun" during "sitting month".

will probably go for local stream. chinese is getting more and more important. besides, can't support him for int'l school for his primary and secondary edu.

all mums,
would like to consult if you will put your bb as "big child" or "small child". i want mine to try as "small child" first as the competition for next year seems more keen with rising birth rate. but if he is still not mature enough, will let him repeat. what's your view?
