Albuterol is the medication for asthmatic patient. to open the airway. Gabriel takes that once a while as he has larynagomalasica, so he needs Albuterol to open up his airway.
Also, it helps to bring the mucus up too.

Those dry meat which my 99 gave me .. doesn't stink at all.. but it doesn't taste as sweet as I have when I was in Australia.. those fresh crocodile meat .. I have to say, is yummy, I like it.. white/milky colour.. I used to eat it and drink the soup, when it is winter.. my aunt cooks this soup for me every week, also, she will pack and wash all meat, then vacuum the meat and soup in the special bag and ship it from sydney to melbourne. so I just need to cut the bag, pour the soup and meat out and just re-heat it.
You may be getting the "no-good" one. Come to my house and check the one I had now.. 99 bought it here.

想各位媽咪俾D意見：我幫Spencer搵緊babysit, 好的American daycare centers 大多冇位，home care 就有幾間都有位俾我地，第一間係Vietnamese 開，講英文同廣東話，但地方好細，我地去兩次佢地都勁開暖氣，D BB 可以瞓成兩三個鐘午睡，個owner 話佢D BB好乖好有discipline, 唔會打人or fight for toys，但我所見就D BB 好quiet, no running, always sit down, they will stay in beds even though they are awaken until the owner told them that they can get up and leave the beds. Owner 好experienced 已開咗20幾年，最近我屋企同一條街。第二間好新好大好光，有自已backyard 俾小朋友玩，有好多小朋友，個個走嚟走去，有4 個caregivers 最多14個小朋友，依家就有大約8－10個，但係全中文，D caregivers 同owner英文都so and so. 老公懷疑佢教唔到幾多嘢俾Spencer, especially social skill，阿仔唔係好識同其他BB communicate 同social，價錢俾第一間仲平。第三間就最細，oven 居然喺BB活動空間裏面，仲有一個大電視，個owner 仲叫個女俾chips 俾阿仔食，我知呢個owner 好 experienced，但佢間屋冇well-childproof, no fire safety devices，但佢有fixed schedule 俾BB，其他兩間都冇。老公担心如果俾Spencer 去Chinese home care會影响佢英文能力，第時搵preschool 同kindergarten，又担心到時佢要入 ESL program，各位有冇任何意見或經驗分享？ Thanks.

i would pick the 2nd one. newer and brighter, spencer is still very young, u might want to switch him to an american daycare or preschool when he's 3 to pick up his english. at his age, i think he would be happier if there is a backyard for him and the other kids to run around. then they could talk and play together. that's the social skills that he's gonna learn. of cuz u might prefer the 1st one for its location and the bi-lingual owners. but if noone is around is the owner gonna ask all the kids to stay in bed so she doesnt have to deal with them? of cuz, u also have to check out what kinda food they r gonna give spencer too.

ur aunt is so nice to cook u croc soup every week. u must have really bad cough or asthma too? so if you stop taking the soup do u cough again ? is it legal to have croc meat in australia? do australian eat croc too ? have never been to australia so i am not sure what the culture is ;p i guess we could never get fresh croc meat here and i dont trust the dry ones :((( if the fresh one taste so yummy i guess the dry ones r mostly liazard meat that's why it stinks so bad...

i see the thermal underwear that they sell here is 100% polyester, is not that comfy wow.

I would go with the seond one, since children there seem more active and happy. When I looked for daycare for Chloe, there's one that had tv and all kids looked bored all staring at tv. I saw them watched tv for 2 hours. I think daycare should provide an environment that allows creativity and social with others. The language thing I think it's ok since daycare is just 1-2 yrs then Spencer can pick up english in pre-k, and also tv shows. May be you can teach him some english at home youself too. I noticed that Chloe learns most of her english from dora.

My hospital didn't give me any panties after I gave birth. They told me not to wear any panties, and they placed some blue absorbing pad on my bed that's all. Once I got home I just wear night M pad.

I wonder if they have it in Pearl (the chinese department store in china town)? Since 羊毛內衣 sounds like a chinese thing, and they sell in HK chinese department stores...

reason 1: 夠光猛
reason 2: 小朋友大啲, 會同spencer 有多啲communication and social skill development. 話晒都進入ego, 唔似10months old 時仲係igo stage.
reason 3: 有空間
reason 4: child prove.
reason 5: from your words.. I can feed that you like this day care too.. Don't worry about the Chinese -English.. Kid will pick up English very fast.. when Spencer turns 3, find a American day care then.. at least, now, you still have 1 years to send application to book the American day care seat for Spencer.

albuterol is to increase the blood flow in airway aims to open the airway also will increase the heart rate..
Not many kids will have that side effect.. as for Amanda, Gabriel and me.. after we took albuterol.. Gabriel will sleep since the middle of treatment, I will sleep after the treatment, and Amanda has no effect at all.
my aunt is just like my second mom.. she loves me a lot..
croc meat is Australia .. just like chicken or kangaroo meat.. you can get it in market and everywhere.. not something special.
Those croc meat people can buy from HK, even through dried or fresh, are imported from Australia.
for the thermal underwear... texture is ok ..
If Austin's school with heat.. don't buy 羊毛 otherwise, he is going to have all the rash all over his body..
