so why cannot apply back to milk powder? custom in china find it, penalty!

other thing

in europe, for example, there is heavy tax and cost in switzerland, but once u cross the border to france, everything is cheaper (especially food)...so there is the custom control, you are not allow to buy over EURO300...otherwise penalty!

there is a lot of way to do that..if our stupid government want to fix this problem!
