Last night, 2H pa seriously briefed & warned Hayes about the "head injury" incident occured of Tsz Chun.....

Hayes looked serious to say, "Tsz Chun is now in hospital or in Shatin? red blood! very painful! crying ar! Hayes kiss Tsz Chun head, big hug Tsz Chun, 'ho fai mo si ga la'!!"

Hayes took out HK train map to point the Shatin station and asked me "mama, it is Shatin, Tsz Chun home. Where's the hospital? Which station?? " such a silly Hayes!

我日日上堂時間都唔同，有時返全日，有時返半晝，功課都唔少，每科寫3000字報告，共三科，仲有其他小練習，e+咪溫緊書囉。不過都好過返工，唔使勞氣同唔使比人點。

我哋無咁快買樓，因為租約要到六月至滿第一年。恩恩pa話樓市好唔穩定，睇住先，不過如果有啱心水嘅都會買。(不過未決定買兩房定三房)

哈哈, 睇黎今次子進受傷成為咗大家既反面教材喎!

其實當晚子進係因為跣親所以車咗埋床, 當時佢已經唔算曳, 因為佢只係想快啲跑上床訓, 平時佢仲曳一百倍, 反而咁樣出事. 不過無論點, 我哋都提醒佢係屋企唔好跑跑跳跳, 但佢似乎仲未知驚囉, 成日都要我哋提住佢, 有時提佢之後佢仲好抵c咁係度碎步行添!

不過見到咁多小朋友都咁關心佢, 真係好 warm 呢! 下次出黎你哋仲可以用實物 (子進條疤) 黎做活動教學添呀!

If we remind Hayes to prevent accident, naughty him even run & jump more crazily to "itch" us tim ar!! I thus "itch" Hayes, "OK! No crying if you fall, hoho!" Hayes would stop then....

ai yes, forget to share....the buyer of my present old flat is living in Tsing Yi, exactly the same estate of our gathering last time. The couple shared that very dusty & poor air quality there, they need to clean house everyday! I just think it faces to sea ga lar bor, really so dusty with polluted air??

Yes, market may be furtherly adjusted, we wanna wait too. All is about demand & supply! My target estate has rare big size flat, because有啱心水, we thus 都買.

Kowloon flat is much expensive, which size do you target?
