畢一: okay 架. quiet, good air (as situated at mid hill level); clubhse have table tenis, swimming pool, gym, kid's playroom, etc. one park at beacon hill, have children's facilities, just 3 minutes walk up the road; one big park down the hill on cornwall street, much bigger, more facilities, but take 10 min walk down the road, or take the minibus with 2 min lah.
no 1000 sq ft.; min is 1300 sq ft. max is 2000 sq ft, with garden or roof. rental price cheaper than 畢峰. but the shuttle bus is less frequent; around every 20-30 min for one bus. mostly people take the mini bus. also, have one free shuttle bus to lok fu.

how yat yat doing in KM? so many events in school recently!! did u manage to apply some other Kindergartens for him to study next year? or u will keep him in KM? I just applied St. Catherine's and Baptist Church Int'l so far.
