I still dont know why ashley needs to drink night milk again, I feed her at 12 for 160ml, but 4 am, she woke up and cry cos hungry. I thought she want to suck, but not, she's hungry. Is it normal? It's been so difficult for me cos I need to work but I dont trust the maid to look after her at night, in case she fall sleep when feeding her :-( :-(

SW1972, well sometimes its normal if they woke up at the night time. Try to feed her more not 160ml, 180 or 210ml make more milk before sleep that meal..... If she can finish just let her law. .. I know the instruction said that age should drink that much, but you need to base on what your baby need. For example Jasmine she was supposed to drink 240 ml, but she only drink 180ml or 210 ml then I just let her.

even my gwenn at this age (9 months) is sometimes waking up at nite (always at 4 too!), he just cried a bit, we comfort him and he goes back to sleep. i don't know if that's the same for ashley, but have you tried giving him some water instead? or more diluted milk, so that he doesn't go back to the habit of requiring nite feeding.

i read that apparently, babies do wake up in the middle of the nite for reasons unknown, guess we just have to put up with it!
