Today is really terrible experience both to and from Taipei.
I experience the Eva Air delay and delay. I took 0730 hrs flight this morning to Taipei, and I reach HK International Airport at 0530 hrs, however, staff of Eva Airline do nothing until 0630 hrs and the queue is over 60 person. Staff then told us that Eva Air ticketing system is down, and all ticketing issue will be handled manually. Wow, a terrible long waiting as manually ticketing is very very slow. I queue up for over 1.5 hrs to get a boarding pass. The flight is delay for 45 mins. (1000 hrs )
I buy "Tai Yau" bus go to Dr Liu there, however, no bus can arrive airport because of the bad weather. I have changed for two bus companies before I can reach Dr Liu clinic. A big late for my arrival (1 hr late than my booking).
Now I'm now at Taoyuen airport waiting for departure to HK, delay again.
I original book 1900 hrs flight for departure, but it delayed to 2130 hrs now and I don't know if it will delay again.
Telling you that all EVA airline flight are all delay at least 2 hrs. Eva air give us meal voucher to compensate for the delay (NT180).
Bye now, I have to go to gate now, hope it will not delay again. The fastest time I arrived HK is 2300 hrs tonight.
